Together with their partners LKAB and Vattenfall, SSAB have come up with HYBRIT, a value-chain approach to produce iron and steel, from the mine to the end-product, without emitting CO2. Their goal is to reduce Sweden’s CO2 emissions by 10% and Finland’s by 7%.
