Haraholmen is a development ready greenfield site, very suitable for energy-intense industries such as battery production. This industrial site is in the center of northern Swedens largest labor market, 220 000 people within daily commuting distance. It is close to a wind park and neighbors the Port of Piteå offering excellent logistic solutions. The site has excellent ground conditions and is zoned for heavy industrial and office use.
Svartbyn site is pre-developed for fast and risk-free deployment of energy-intense industries such as battery production. The site offers sustainable power in abundance that provides for virtually unlimited growth. Land has been acquired by the local municipality and is available for immediate purchase by investor. Power connection has been developed for 22kV or 130kV connection by Vattenfall, a major utility owned by the Swedish state and one of the five largest utilities in Europe. Environmental pre-screening has been completed successfully without any issues. The region (authorities, suppliers, service companies) has extensive experience from successful deployment of two datacenter mega-projects (Facebook 1 & 2). 50 hectares available immediately and 500 hectares in total available (zoning in progress). Building permit can be obtained within 1 month.
Nyfors greenfield is located in Älvsbyn industrial park and suitable for energy-intense industries such as batteryproduction. The site is situated only 1 km from railway freight terminal with connection to national mainline and regional line connected to Port of Luleå and Piteå Port & Hub. 59 hectares immediately available with possibility to expand.
Node Pole is Sweden’s commercial investment and development hub providing dedicated support for investors within emerging energy-intensive industries such as e.g. carbon production, battery production and datacenters. Known from data center establishment successes such as Facebook in the north of Sweden, Node Pole is owned by power companies Vattenfall and Skellefteå Kraft – with the purpose of proactively enabling new business into Sweden and for the European market.
