LKAB invests SEK 50 million – urban transformation of Kiruna and Malmberget in focus

Luleå University of Technology receives SEK 50 million of LKAB. The money goes to research, for example urban regeneration of the mining towns of Kiruna and Malmberget. LKAB’s mining affecting large parts of the living environment in the two communities which partly has to be moved.
